This assignment was requested by CDF for their Invest Co-op Colombia projects. This was a governance training workshop for directors of 4 agricultural co-ops producing coffee and one agricultural co-op Asofamora producing blackberry fruits:

At the Red Nova Co-operative session, we also conducted a governance workshop with the professors and students at the local university in Valle Del Cauca.
